I'll join the parade...

Since we are trying to describe the Brett Favre situation with Dylan.

I think Dylan's sarcastic goodbye to the folk scene at the 1965 Newport Folk Festival in his performance of "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue" best describes the situation.

Dylan is Ted Thompson, and Brett Favre is the folkie sub-culture.



Additionally if you are a Dylan fan and do not own this DVD, you need to get it. The evolution of Dylan is quite evident. I also reccomend "I'm Not There". wonderful movie for Dylan fans (minus the Richard Gere stuff).
